Morocco in early spring is a must visit place to see high mountain and desert specialist birds and also migrants returning to Europe from their wintering grounds in sub-Saharan Africa. It is also warm and sunny so better than Yorkshire at this time of year.

PLEASE NOTE - We did not receive any offers to take on the Calendar Secretary Role at the April 2024 Annual General Meeting. We do have monthly meetings already booked until August 2024.

However, assuming we do not have any interest in the Calendar Secretary position, Monthly Meetings will very likely cease from September 2024.

All Our Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at Baildon Community Link 35 Cliffe Avenue, Baildon BD17 6NX

Directions – From Shipley take A6038 Otley Road. Turn left to Baildon on B6151. Continue up the hill and once the road has levelled off, turn left at the zebra crossing situated at a crossroads junction into Cliffe Avenue. The Centre is on the right just after Baildon Cliffe Avenue Surgery.

Our meetings are (usually) on the meeting on the first Tuesday of the month and we have booked 7.30pm to 10pm. The Centre is modern and has kitchen facilities to use for drinks if required. The air condition system is extremely quiet and the room seats about 40 people.

Parking – The Centre has a small car park but road side parking is available on Cliffe Avenue but please avoid double parking and avoid the adjacent Bus Stop. Better still, park on Green Road which is the road behind The Link as there is less traffic.
